This website provides information about domestic and commercial building services offered by Delfi Construction Ltd, including extensions, renovations, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, joinery, and related construction work.

Services are provided in London, Kent, and the wider South East of England by prior arrangement. Availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed on a project-by-project basis.

Quotations and estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. A site visit may be required for an accurate price.

Quotations may be revised if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or additional work is requested after work has started.

The final scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, and any project-specific terms will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, project requirements, and access arrangements.

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for surveys, deliveries, and construction work.

Where planning permission, building regulations approval, party wall agreements, or other consents are required, the client remains responsible for obtaining them unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can advise and work with your architect or surveyor where appropriate.

Clients are advised to remove or protect valuables, furniture, and personal belongings before work begins.

Pricing for services will be communicated before work begins and confirmed in writing where appropriate.

Payment terms, including any deposit or staged payments, will be agreed before work starts. Late payment may delay progress or suspend work until outstanding amounts are settled.

Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

We take reasonable care in the delivery of our services, but construction work can involve variables that are not visible until work begins.

We cannot guarantee that every issue can be resolved within an initial budget or timeframe where hidden defects, supplier delays, weather, or third-party approvals affect progress.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delfi Construction Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Delfi Construction Ltd maintains appropriate insurance for its operations. Details of our insurance cover can be provided on request where appropriate.

These terms may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the services provided by Delfi Construction Ltd will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
